Anupaya Sadhana
Anupaya Sadhana is a six-month process of inner transformation, structured in two progressive stages. It begins with Foundation, where you build stability, sensitivity, and clarity through consistent practice. It then moves into Expansion, where the work deepens and becomes more embodied, allowing practice to mature into lived experience.
More than a course, it is a direct exploration of Yoga, meditation, and self-awareness that restores harmony between body, mind, and spirit.
The program unfolds over two twelve-week stages. The first establishes a stable base. The second deepens and refines the experience, strengthening presence and awareness.
Through this process, practice becomes steady and awareness more continuous. You develop a clear and sustainable personal practice and integrate it naturally into daily life.
Anupaya Sadhana is, ultimately, a return to wholeness, a process of aligning body, mind, and spirit with the intelligence of life itself.

Module I: Anupaya Foundations (12 weeks / 100 hours)
Anupaya Foundations is the first stage of the path. Here, the focus is on building stability, developing sensitivity, and establishing a clear relationship with the body, the breath, and attention.
You are introduced to the core elements of the system: conscious movement, breathwork, awareness practices, and Yoga Nidra. These are not approached as isolated techniques, but as tools to reconnect with the natural rhythms of the body and restore internal balance.
Through consistent practice, you learn to regulate the nervous system, refine perception, and develop a more direct awareness of your internal state. The emphasis is on experience, not theory, allowing understanding to emerge through practice.
Daily life becomes part of the work. Simple structures, rhythms, and habits support the integration of what is practiced, creating a stable base that can be sustained over time.
The aim of this stage is to establish a consistent and grounded personal practice, one that supports clarity, balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.
The program is primarily online, allowing you to move through the material with flexibility while maintaining consistency.
The stage concludes with a 7 to 10 day in-person retreat, where practice intensifies and the foundation becomes fully integrated. This marks the transition into the next stage of the path.

Module II: Anupaya Expansion (12 weeks / 100hours)
The Expansion: Living the Path
Anupaya Expansion is the second stage of the path. Here, the work deepens.
What begins in Foundations as sensitivity, rhythm, and awareness becomes more stable, more embodied, and more precise. The aim of this stage is to strengthen practice, deepen inner experience, and create the conditions for real transformation.
Breath becomes more refined. Meditation becomes more direct. Awareness becomes less conceptual and more continuous.
This stage is about entering the practice more fully, with greater commitment, greater depth, and greater presence.
The retreat is an essential part of this process. It creates the intensity, continuity, and space needed for the teachings to move from understanding into experience.
Expansion is where the path stops being something you are learning about, and starts becoming something you live.
