Anupaya Sadhana

Anupaya Sadhana is not merely a collection of techniques, but a living process, a six-month immersion in inner transformation that unfolds as a journey from awareness to wisdom, from effort to flow. More than a course, it is a direct, experiential exploration of Yoga, meditation, and self-awareness that restores harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

The program evolves through two progressive movements — Foundation and Expansion — each lasting twelve weeks. The first cultivates stability and clarity within; the second opens the path of transmission, guiding those who are ready to embody and share this wisdom with others.

Through this progression, you will learn to live consciously, act compassionately, and perceive reality through a clear, unfiltered lens. Anupaya Sadhana supports you in building a steady personal practice, developing clarity of vision, and integrating yogic wisdom into the natural rhythm of everyday life.

Above all, Anupaya Sadhana is a return to wholeness, an invitation to align body, mind, and spirit with the pulse of life itself.​​​

Module I: Anupaya Foundations (12 weeks / 100 hours)

A 12-week journey into rhythm, awareness, and embodied balance

 

The journey begins here — by returning to the roots.


Anupaya Foundations is the first stage of the path, a space to awaken sensitivity, understand the energetic body, and align with the natural rhythms of life through movement, breath, and presence.

In this foundational program, you’ll be introduced to the essential pillars of the Anupaya system: conscious movement, classical breathwork, cultivation of awareness, Yoga Nidra, and the philosophical framework that bridges ancient wisdom with modern living.

Through these practices, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, awaken body intelligence, and refine the art of self-observation — cultivating awareness not as an idea, but as a lived experience. You’ll also explore how daily rituals, mindful routines, and conscious habits can restore balance and sustain vitality in every aspect of life.

The intention of this module is to help you build a stable and consistent personal practice, one that enhances your quality of life, deepens your understanding of yourself, and nurtures a harmonious relationship with the world around you.

Most of the program can be completed online, at your own pace and from the comfort of your home.

 

To complete the journey, you’ll have the opportunity to join a 7–10 day in-person retreat — a living transmission where certain teachings and experiences can only be received directly. This retreat also serves as a prerequisite for those wishing to continue into the second module.

Module II: Anupaya Expansion (12 weeks / 100hours)​

The Expansion:  Transmission, and Living the Path​

 

Anupaya Expansion marks the second stage of the Anupaya journey: a passage from self-practice to transmission. Open to graduates of Anupaya Foundations, this program is designed for those who feel the call to share, teach, and embody this living tradition.

In this training, you’ll deepen your understanding of breath, meditation, subtle energy anatomy, and the power of voice and vibration. You’ll explore how to hold space with authenticity, teach from embodied presence, and integrate the philosophical and ethical roots of Yoga into your daily life and work.

Through experiential modules, mentorship, and supervised teaching, you’ll refine the art of guiding others with clarity and compassion, not as a collection of techniques, but as a living transmission of awareness.

The journey culminates in a 7-day immersive retreat, a transformative experience where practice becomes presence and teaching becomes service. Here, you’ll learn, and live the full Anupaya system within a sacred and supportive environment.
